Children are the future pillars of our society. Parents, teachers, healthcare practitioners, local communities… and in fact everyone can play a role in supporting the healthy and happy growth of children. CIIF’s 29th batch application, which carries the theme “ City In Sync with Kids”, encourages all sectors of society to build strong community support networks for establishing a mutual trust and support relationship with children and enhancing children’s resilience against adversities so that they can grow in a community full of love and care, bring their abilities into full play and make contributions to society. A briefing session which attracted over 180 participants from various sectors was held at Leighton Hill Community Hall in Happy Valley on 1 August 2018.
